Note: European customers please contact us for revised delivery supplements, these may vary between £15.00 and £60.00, depending on destination and parcel size. We accept all leading credit / debit cards via the Paypal service. In addition, both bank transfer and cheques are accepted, although orders will not be dispatched until payment has cleared. Note: this may take up to 5 working days for personal cheques and 9 working days for eCheques. Please note: No Credit / Debit Card information is held or requested on this site. All Credit / Debit Card information is collected by Paypal during the secure off-site payment process.
Stock status is shown at checkout. If an item is out of stock, customers may still choose to purchase the item, however a lead time of 2-3 weeks may be incurred. Please contact us to confirm stock availability before ordering such items. Once an order is placed, an email will be sent to the customer confirming "order pending". Once payment is received, a subsequent email will be sent confirming "order processed". Once payment has cleared and the order dispatched, a final email will be sent confirming "order dispatched". Where appropriate a courier tracking reference number will be included.
