All items ordered include free UK shipping and are sent direct from within the UK using:

First Class Royal Mail Recorded Signed For™- Small / medium parcels under 2kg.

  or

Parcel Force 48 - Large parcels over 2kg (large tripods etc)

All goods must be signed for and we aim to get them to you timely and efficiently  - with no hidden costs incurred.   

All items are fully insured during transit with appropriate value compensation.

Recorded Delivery Notes:

For First Class Recorded Delivery items Royal Mail state that you should wait 15 working days (excl Saturdays & Sundays, Bank Holidays and Public Holidays) since the parcel was posted before the item is regarded as lost. This is to allow time for Royal Mail to deliver it to you or to return it to us if they cannot deliver for whatever reason. If you requested delivery to your work address, your item might have been delivered to a post room or colleague within your company and someone else will have signed for it - please check.

If you have still not received your parcel (and it has not been returned to us) after 15 working days since it was posted, please email us so that we can make a claim with Royal Mail on your behalf and either refund you or send replacement item(s). In the meantime you should contact your local postal depot with your parcel reference number to see if they are holding the parcel (the postman may have forgotten to leave a card, it has been known!).
